Recently, our high-capacity automatic plastic agglomeration 

line successfully completed a factory test using PE film as the raw material. 

Equipped with two 800L automatic plastic agglomerators, the 

complete production line achieves a processing capacity of up to 1,000 kg/h, 

demonstrating its excellent performance in plastic film recycling and 

agglomeration.

Designed specifically for PE film and plastic waste recycling, this production 

line features two 800L automatic plastic agglomerators operating together 

to achieve efficient and continuous material processing.

The complete plastic agglomeration line consists of a belt conveyor, two 

800L automatic plastic agglomerators, a discharge conveyor equipped with 

a cooling blower, and a storage silo. From material feeding to agglomeration 

and final material collection, each stage works seamlessly to improve 

production efficiency and reduce manual labor requirements.
